Smart Support 120
IT Support Package
$220
per month with 12 month agreement*
Includes 120 minutes of IT Support per month or 24 hours per year. In-person IT Support has a 2 hour minimum.
Smart Support 180
IT Support Package
$325
per month with 12 month agreement*
Includes 180 minutes of IT Support per month or 36 hours per year. In-person IT Support has a 2 hour minimum.
Smart Support 240
IT Support Package
$430
per month with 12 month agreement*
Includes 240 minutes of IT Support per month or 36 hours per year. In-person IT Support has a 2 hour minimum.
Remote/In-Person
IT Support Starting at
$120
per hour*
In-person IT Support is $140 for the first hour and $120 for each additional hour. In-person IT Support has a 2 hour minimum (if location is more than 30 minutes from IT WebSmith an additional trip charge will apply).
Custom plans are also available (we can build a plan to fit your needs).
