We were established in 2010 and have expanded to provide a wide range of IT Services from Web Development to IT Support and local AV Installations. We take pride in providing excellent customer service and beyond exemplary workmanship. The IT in IT WebSmith stands for Innovation & Technology. We strongly believe that in order to be successful we have to be innovative, adapt to changing tech and synced across all available platforms.

Melvin is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology and design. Since 2000, he has built a strong foundation in telecommunications, networking, commercial AV, and IT. For the past decade, he has honed his expertise in web development, creating and maintaining a diverse portfolio of projects, including corporate and small business websites, personal blogs, and contract-based web development work.
Melvin possesses a comprehensive skill set that encompasses a wide array of web technologies. His proficiency includes front-end and back-end development, UX/UI design, web design, digital marketing, eCommerce, and SEO, ensuring a holistic approach to web development.
A dedicated lifelong learner, Melvin consistently updates his skills through ongoing education in design, programming, and development. This commitment allows him to stay at the forefront of emerging trends and apply the latest best practices to his work.

For over two decades, Rachel has been the organizational backbone of fast-paced teams, now finding her calling in the world of technology. As our Office Manager, she architects a seamless and productive work environment. Her expertise in logistics and resource management empowers our engineers, installers, and developers to focus on what they do best: creating exceptional technology.
When she's not optimizing our office, Rachel is exploring the globe—her travels have taken her to Poland, Germany, Italy, Austria, France, and beyond.
