The Company provides web development and IT support services. The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Payment

  • Payment terms will be specified in a separate agreement or proposal.
  • Payments are due on the date specified, and late payments may incur interest or fees.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received.

4. Intellectual Property

  • The Company retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, related to the services provided.
  • You will be granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables produced by the Company for your own business purposes.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed to each other during the course of the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with the services provided.  

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.  

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.  

10. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website.
